I would definitely recommend this workshop
“I have been a member of Gráinne’s yoga classes for many years and always sleep well following my Tuesday evening online class. However, the symptoms of menopause sometimes leave me struggling to find good sleep at other times so I signed up for a one hour Sleep Recovery workshop with Gráinne which includes an evening sleep practice, meditation and working with the “third eye” pressure point. These are all simple practices so I now have tools to work with at home in my own time when needed. I would definitely recommend this workshop.”
